COCONUT BLUEBERRY CAKE

I love coconut.
It’s one of those flavors that reminds me of so many things.
I taste summer, spring, easter, and autumn all in one!
Last week I made a Coconut Blueberry Cake (recipe here)
& it was to die for delicious!
I love finding two different ingredients and combining
them into one delicious delicacy!
