NY STYLE CHEESECAKE CUPCAKES

My dad is so picky when it comes to desserts.  He’s not a big fan of cakes, ice creams, cookies, and barely likes chocolate!  So when he asks me to make him something sweet, I have to be very careful on what I choose.  Surprisingly enough, he loves New York style cheesecake. So I decided to conquer this dessert and used one of my favorite cupcake books from Urban Outfitters as my aid.

I think one of the key ingredients to this recipe is the sour cream added at the end. It really helps to balance the sweetness of the white chocolate in the cheesecake mixture.
