S’MORES CUPCAKES

As you can probably tell by now- I love to bake… especially when we are having guests over. The reason is because each one of my family members can never agree on a dessert. Last weekend, I decided to veer away from my usual pecan pie + cinnamon buns and try something that was a little more challenging. S’mores cupcakes were always on my ‘cupcakes to accomplish’ list so I decided to take a chance and see how they turned out.
The layers of chocolate, graham cracker, and marshmallow made this one of the best cupcakes that I have ever attempted to make {according to my lovely taste testers}. Two things I’ll change next time?
1. Actually buy a blow torch so I don’t have to sit with a lighter to toast the marshmallow
2. Save one for myself to try before they disappear!
