AN ARAB AND AFGHAN WEDDING

My sister and I attended our first arab/afghan wedding last weekend. It was so beautiful. Like all arab weddings, there were lots of dancing, beautiful gowns, and delicious food.. but the best part was the swirl of afghani culture they included in the celebration. A variation of music filled the ballroom, and the food was evenly split between palestinian & afghani {best of both words I suppose}. Overall, it was so beautiful.. and if you ever get the chance to attend any form of an arab wedding, take it while you can. It’s one you will never forget.
