perfect pecan pie

Do you have something that keeps getting requested when you go to dinners? That is what this pecan pie is for me.  In my family, pecan pie doesn’t only come around during Thanksgiving- it’s all year round.  It’s kind of peculiar when you think about it- an American dessert being such a popular hit with a bunch of Arabs, but the catch here is the amount of pecans in this recipe.  If you’re not a big fan of nuts, this probably isn’t the best recipe for you.. however if you prefer them, then you must be warned:
