72 HOURS IN NYC

A quick stop in our favorite city on the way home from Istanbul.

When we realized that our flight home from Turkey was going to make a connection in New York, we figured that we would stay a couple of days in the city that never sleeps.  This trip would have marked the second time this year that we made it up to NYC, but no matter how many times we go, they will never be enough.  We revisited some of our regular spots from our trip in April & even stayed at the Lotte Palace Hotel once again.  We dedicated an entire day to New York eats (see part one, part two, and part three) and spent lots of time shopping.  I will say that for me, this trip was a little different than my previous ones because it was the first time that Hamzeh joined us.  A place that we have visited so often before and not once ever with him made this one just a little more special.
