EASY PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP WAFFLES

One of the easiest recipes I’ve ever made, and the addition of pumpkin spice just made it all the more perfect.

Sunday was my husband’s birthday! I spent the entire weekend planning a little party for him on Saturday night where we were able to eat some good food and spend time with good company. Since his real birthday fell on Sunday, I woke up and decided to make him some pumpkin chocolate chip waffle for his special day. I didn’t know where to begin since I had never attempted to make my own waffle batter, so I chose to just elaborate on the typical waffle mix and add my own flair of fall. I couldn’t get over how wonderful and easy it was to make, so I knew that I had to share it.
