HATS OFF TO AUTUMN
Although it’s the start of December, we are finally getting used to autumn.

Aya and I spend a lot of our time in South End. Whether it be attending an event or just having a relaxing Saturday at my house, we usually step out onto the streets at least once per weekend. It’s been fun exploring new parts of this side of town. With all of our planned outfits to photograph, we have become increasingly familiar with the back drops and potential themes that South End has to offer.
We have been experiencing typical Carolina weather lately. One day it’s too hot to wear anything other than short sleeves, and the next day a scarf and sweater are necessary. Sometimes it becomes aggravating having to keep up with it all, but at the same token it gives us the ability to experiment with layers and the merging two seasons together. This Jack and Lucy hat came in my POPSUGAR must have box at the start of the season ($5 off with code SHOP5, by the way) and it has become my go to add-on when I don’t feel like messing with my hair. The sneaker and dress trend is still taking some getting used to, but I can’t complain with the amount of comfort it brings to my feet. Also, this denim jacket is everything I had been looking for in a staple outerwear piece. It pairs perfectly with everything I own.
