A clean palette with bright accessories is my favorite look for summer.

On Saturdays, D & I like to explore the hot spots of the Queen City, so last weekend, we thought that it was the perfect sunny day to wander around where the cool kids of Charlotte hang. Noda (North Davidson) is a super hip area where you can find great eats, decadent desserts, and even a vintage-inspired movie theater that can take you back to the ’50s in a flash. What makes Noda so eclectic are the unique murals they have to offer on every street. This colorblocked brick wall was so dreamy that we decided to have a photo op to contrast back to one of my favorite outfits.
This cool cape is one I’ve been coveting for a while, and I finally bought it last season. I love its soft slate palette and decided to decorate my look with color pop accessories. This knit neon necklace is one I found on Etsy by a brand called IKKX that’s totally worth checking out because I instantly fell in love with all of their handmade pieces! They gifted me this super chic statement accessory and I’ve been wearing it with all of my favorite summer looks. My new favorite bracelet by Kate Spade is one that screamed my name and I was lucky enough to score it during her iconic surprise sale a few weeks back. The rest of the accessories were so seamless to pair – shop the look below.
