RAMADAN LOOKS

Our iftar to after-party looks from Ramadan.

Other than waiting for the sun to set so that we can stuff our faces, nothing is more time consuming than picking out an iftar (breaking fast) outfit in Ramadan. Our closets shift to a more conservative gear during this holy month, so tunic dresses, long sleeves and billowy blouses were in full force. It was quite the challenge dressing conventionally in the dead heat of summer, so this year, we opted to head to our favorite fast-fashion retailers to find lightweight overpieces and soft knit bottoms that would keep us chic yet comfortable from sun down to sun up.
