SUMMER TRAVELS: JORDAN
A look at my two-month Summer stay-cation trip to Jordan.
I cannot believe how quickly my summer vacation has passed. I anticipated this summer trip for months prior to my departure and just like that, it’s already over. When I first arrived in Amman, Jordan, I walked into my room and told myself that these two months are going to be gone within a blink of an eye, and that I needed to enjoy every single minute of this relaxing, stress-free and family-filled summer. That I did, but it doesn’t change how rapidly it ended.
My trip to Jordan consisted of nightly dates at hookah cafes, a trip to the Dead Sea, adventures through the eclectic marketplaces, and lots of home-cooked meal consumptions. Jordan has been my “happy place” for such a long time that it never really matters what my daily life consists of while there. I am just so happy that I got to spend Summer 2016 there, because who knows where life will take me next year. Follow me through my photographs during my stay in Jordan:
