Nothing screams my name more than oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, so why not attempt to make my own?
I was invited to my friends house sometime last week, and I decided that I wanted to bring a delicious treat over to share with the company. I didn’t have much time to head to the store, so as I was looking through my pantry, I found some rolled oats. Since my friend is a health nut, I knew the mix of rolled oats + semi sweet chocolate chips would be perfect. It just so happened that I had been promising my sister to make her favorite cookie as well.. so oatmeal chocolate chip cookie it was! {recipe here}
The result was a delicious, semi sweet oatmeal cookie- which everyone loved by the way. I am so certain that these will come back to visit our get together parties sometime soon!
