Ballin’ on a Budget?

It is unbelievable how much I have shopped these past two weeks. But that’s the good thing about fashion – it’s always changing. So of course I need all of the hottest and newest items in stores and on the market. Me being the shopaholic that I am, I always fantasize about clothes, jewelry, shoes, and handbags that I can and most of the time CAN’T afford. 

Whose with me on this?

Although I absolutely adore a great bargain or steal, I tend to be most attractive to three and four digit priced items… aka designer goods. The “angelic” part of me, or the reasonable side of me tells me that you really don’t need lots of cash to look good, but my “evil” theory tells me that you have to pay a price to look REALLY good. Which requires you to have lots of moolah in the bank account…

… and it really doesn’t help my bank account that I work at an amazing designer boutique {vanjean} where I get to see some of my favorite New York brands like 3.1 Phillip Lim, Rag & Bone, and DANNIJO in my face on the daily, but I do like to think that splurging sometimes DOES help my closet – in which I can maintain my “stylish” image (it’s for a good cause right?!) I am constantly on my Tumblr account looking at the hottest fashion blogs reblogging Fashion Week street style photos of girls in the most badass outfits, aspiring to have a wardrobe just like them. And it also doesn’t help that after living in New York City this summer, I have a desire to dress like the New Yorkers and live in the fantasy lifestyle of the New Yorkers. That city has a hold on me and it has no idea. 

So what are some of my favorite items as of right now that exceeds my budget you ask? Here are a collection of things that I am absolutely DYING to own… but maybe will own in the next life when I am a millionaire 

(or tomorrow when I just can’t help myself and decide to blow all of my money).

I’ll be headed to New York City next week to attend the Teen Vogue Fashion University weekend event [AGAIN!] and to have that exuberant street-style wardrobe, I want to acquire all of these things! I need to realize that I am super delusional and need to go to shopping rehabilitation.
