This whole weekend was crazy to say the least. The overwhelming love and support that I received from people all around the world was humbling, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect weekend. The week took a little of a delay, especially being able to jump right back into school after being flustered, but I’m thankful to have had a few days to get settled back into Charleston-life. While I’m still missing my best friends who traveled hundreds of miles to be with me, it’s nice to look back on some of the great memories they left behind.
The most beautiful arrangement of flowers showed up on
my door step on Saturday. All from the sweetest family members
who were unable to make it to the special day.
As we all know, my sister and I prefer high heels & snazzy sandals.
Those can take a toll on our feet, and when they do, it’s nice to revert back
to converse + high top sneakers.
(They even have some crazy unique flavors!)
Snapshots of the sky line in Milwaukee from one of my closest friends
at sunrise. It makes me realize how much I’ve missed out not visiting.
Finally, a sneak peek into the most amazing black tie engagement party.
Where my mom and a family friend hand made every center piece.
(With sweet tea on the table, of course).
Have a fabulous Thursday!

So nice. The flowers are absolutely beautiful. I just moved back to Florida from South Carolina. You mentioned King St. So I figured that was where you meant. Thank you for sharing

Your photos are breathtaking. Your mother and her friend did a lovely job on you centerpieces. I know you must have felt very special at your engagement party. Congratulations!
