MAGICAL VISUALS
To me, there is something so magical about a beautiful window display.
I really do appreciate the art of visual merchandising, and my infatuation grew more immense when I took Visual 101 in college. There are times where I pass window displays wondering how someone’s bare hands and imaginative mind could create something so amazing to where it looks flawlessly real. Window displays not only tell a story, but they tend to hypnotize and gravitate you inside the store, which is a stellar traffic mechanism.
Luckily for me, I traveled to Las Vegas last weekend and got to view some of the most intricate and astounding window displays just by walking through the hotel shopping strips. My favorite window display I saw was by notable fashion house of Dior. The lighting, colors, and overall exaggerated scenic beauty really drew my interest in because it was fun and eccentric.
