Must Have Monday: The Diego Bucket Bag

So every few months I go through a phase of obsessing over a certain thing.
Right now I’m in my handbag phase.
I’ve always been a handbag infatuated type of gal, but other fabulous things such as sunglasses and shoes have taken over my mind these past couple of months. Now I am right back to handbags, where my heart will always remain. I have a very dense, soft spot for these things. I’m telling you – it is not a healthy obsession either, because we all know how expensive handbags can get.
You have the great quality leather handbag that no matter how many times you carry it around, it will last forever. Then you have the popular calf hair bag, which is all the rave right now and comes in leopard, zebra, and all other sorts of prints that you didn’t even know existed… and then you have the ultra sleek cowhide material handbags that you and I probably think we cannot absolutely live one more second without.
So, what bag is on my mind on this Must Have Monday and every other Monday for the past year?
I am head over heels in love with the Alexander Wang Diego Bucket Bag.
I’ve had my eyes on it for about a year now, when I first saw a customer of ours at the boutique I work at tote it in in black with a beautiful rose gold hardware. And let us be clear about one thing:
I DO NOT CARE WHAT ANYONE SAYS ABOUT THIS IMPERFECT BAG.
Yes, I’ve read the reviews, and I was told that “You may be in love with it now, but you will hate it later because of the uncomfortable weight of it” several times, but like I said in the above:
I’ve always been the handbag girl.
Whether it way 2 pounds to 15 pounds, I really don’t care about lugging it over my shoulder.

The problem is: What color would I get, what hardware color would I get, and how the HELL am I going to get the money for it???

I’m not going to dwell on these issues right now…
Here are some of my favorite colors in this spectacular bag:
