Shopping Appaholic
I now have a huge obsession with shopping applications that you can download on your smartphone.
There are two in particular that have been great assets in my weekly shopping routine that I thought, why not share the joy with everyone? And since social media is a major tool in our society today, it’s easy to navigate and just another great app you can add to a folder on your iPhone. These apps are great for whether you want to browse and bookmark clothes, shoes, accessories, home goods, etc. or straight up buy something right when you see it. Pretty much, the answer for all shopaholics out there.
HOUSE ACCOUNT
If you’re tired of shopping at the mall or just don’t like how saturated it can be and like to venture out to local boutiques that have up and coming brands, this application is the perfect one for you. Not only does it help you locate nearby boutiques in your zip code + boutiques up to 200 miles away, it also helps you to discover local accessory designers as well. Once downloaded, enter your geographic location and it will lead you to the top boutiques in your area. After you click on a certain boutique, it will then lead you to their homepage, where it has details and descriptions of the newest items in their store. If you see something you like, you have the option of liking or commenting it, buying it straight through the app, chatting with an employee, or directly calling the store due to your interest. House Account truly wants you to discover new stores and want to help stores offer the best customer service.

KEEP
So this is probably my absolute favorite app right now. I first read it on the Huffington Post’s Style Section {see here} and the instant after I finished reading the article I went to my iTunes to download it. If you use Pinterest, you can relate to the frustrations of seeing a pair of shoes or a statement necklace that you fall in love with but can’t seem to find where to purchase it anywhere on the web. With KEEP, you can find some of the most fabulous things “As Seen on Instagram” or “Trending Now” and it gives you the direct link of where you can get it from. So there are two boards you can start with: your own “Wishlist” and then a board that’s “For Others”. So pretty much, if I see a baking set that I think my sister would love, I would save it under the “For Others” section. & when I think it’s the right time to purchase one of my saved goodies, I just go straight to the app, click on the item, and press buy. A pretty brilliant and shoppable technique that you can access in the palm of your hand whenever!
I have had so much success with KEEP, that I’ve already bought several accessories through them. I scored these kick-ass Kenneth Cole “Caged Booties” just by browsing through the “What’s Trending” section. I love that there is so much versatility you can find through this app and you truly find hidden gems that you never thought existed!
Be sure to check out these amazing apps on your iPhone, and happy shopping! xx

Thanks for the tip! I'll go check out the apps right now!
