Target x 3.1 Phillip Lim Collab

I am absolutely ecstatic beyond belief about the
 3.1 Phillip Lim x Target collaboration
 that will be happening on September 15th! 
From previewing the lookbook, it’s clear as the eye can see that this collaboration offers transitional pieces for every day, such as dresses that can be worn day and night and pant suits for business but also pleasure. The collection has feminine pieces with a slight touch of masculinity, making it tasteful for the modern fashionable woman. And not to mention that Mr. Lim has also designed a menswear collection for this awesome collaboration, which was a smart move since most of the Target + designer collabs never offer a menswear collection. 

In my opinion, I think Phillip Lim did a hell of a job designing the Target pieces to almost mirror his own ready-to-wear pieces… It’s almost like it’s “knock-off” 3.1 Phillip Lim. 
In his Fall 2012 ready-to-wear collection, he had designed a sweater very similar to the “Boom” sweater that is offered in this Target collection, and it’s at a much more affordable price. 

I have no doubt in my mind that the day of its debut it will be a huge sell out
With goodies ranging from $19.99 to $299.99. 
So make sure when a Target store near you opens on September 15th, 
you grab everything you can possibly get your hands on!
