If you want brunch with a view, this is where you need to go.
Ever since football season started, our Sundays are always spent going to the game, watching the game with family, or going to Columbia to watch the game. While I love nothing more than watching the Panther’s play, it’s hard for H and me (H and I?) to get some alone time on our only day off. A couple of days after Christmas (& right before Las Vegas) we decided to use our Sunday for some time to ourselves. We woke up in the morning and went to Fahrenheit for brunch, where we were able to watch the game with the most beautiful view. I ordered the Captain Crunch pancakes (yes, they exist) and H ordered the burger. The food was excellent and the service was even better. They made a slip up with our meal and generously took care of the bill. The pancakes are perfectly sweetened and don’t need any syrup, the burger was comforting and wholesome. It was the perfect start to our Sunday (with the exception of the Panther’s losing their first game all season… which we got blamed for messing up the juju). Needless to say, we won’t be going to brunch on Sunday unless it’s with the whole family… or it’s not football season.

My wife would have loved those pancakes.
BTW, I know exactly what you mean by having time to yourselves. Since we both work during the week(and since I don't get off until around 9 or 10p), it's hard for us to have time together. That's why we always try to do as much stuff together during the weekend as possible.
