Shop my favorite loungewear pieces right now.

COMFORT, CASUAL, CHIC

Never have I ever… been more in love with loungewear pieces until now. Y’all, I’m OBSESSED with the feeling of being in cozy clothes. Not sure if it’s age-related or whether or not it’s because I’ve been dressing up for literally my entire life. ‘Dressing up’ has been a mantra of mine since the pre-k days. I barely ever went out in public wearing sweatpants (although it was the thing to do in the small town I grew up in.)

Loungewear is a big-time trend right now. However, I’ve seen it as a trend in the past and I still dismissed it. I truly feel like my perception of dressing for comfort changed last year. I was stuck flying for 15 hours wearing the tightest jeans and blazer I own, and I told myself I would never fly uncomfortably ever again after that.

With that being said, entire cognizance has changed on comfort clothing since then. Now, I can’t wait until it hits 5 pm every day after work so I can jump into the coziest spandex and fleece I own.

FAVORITES TO SHOP

Currently, my favorite brands for lounging in style are I VY PARK and adidas. Furthermore, I love a good athleisure piece with bells and whistles on them (sparkles, florals, and embellishments totally catch my eye.)
