Fashionable Friday
Happy Fashion Friday ladies and gents!
This week actually went by pretty fast, which is always a pleasant thing.
Because of all of the festivities I have going on this weekend,
I can’t wait for my school and work day to be over with!
I hope everyone had a lovely Valentine’s week…
and hoping you all have an even lovelier weekend, so
here are some inspirational photos for you to enjoy! xo

This is Preetma Singh, Associate Marketing Editor at Marie Claire US & Working Girl, Esq blogger. She blogs about everything I love – from street styles of New York Fashion Week to outfit posts. I love her unique and exciting sense of style, an example being the photo above. I love that her outfit portrays some of modern fashion as well as Indian culture. I would love to pull a look like this off!

Check out the spikes on these salmon colored Christian Louboutin pumps.
I am absolutely loving this and would die to have a pair of these in my closet.
Spikes have been an obsession of mine lately;
even though it scares some people off they are pretty bad-ass to rock…
Especially on pink pumps like these. These Loubi’s intertwine cool & chic together
& the pastel-jeweled necklace in the background is fab.

Featured in Vogue Korea’s February 2013 issue was Lee Hyun Yi and Sera Park photographed by Ogh Sang Sun. I love the Japanese culture portrayed in this editorial shot and it truly is the definition of a high-fashioned photograph. And what about those fabulous outfits? The green snakeskin mini and leopard print romper + jacket are totally cool in my book – and the accessories are a unique effect.

Loving this quote by Isaac Mizrahi because it is 100% true. In fashion, there is no such thing as “the norm.” You have to step out of your comfort zone and get out of boundaries in order to stand out. If that means wearing peacock on your forehead, so be it. (But not really) (but really).

This back shot of such a fantastic gown is from the Versace Haute Couture Spring Summer 2013 runway show. Lime green has been on my radar for the past few weeks and I am just loving the brightness of this gown. The gemmed detailing on the back is eloquent and a stand-out feature. Usually, stand-out designs are on the front but I love how the front of this dress was with no design and the back was electric. It definitely is a business in the front, party in the back kind of gown!

LOVE those pink shoes!
