I love Italian cuisine. When our family decides to go out to eat- Italian is one of our top choices in restaurants. My sister always orders either chicken piccata or chicken marsala, and since mediterranean food has more of a lemon garlic base, I decided to attempt the chicken piccata. I was fluctuating between Giada DeLaurentiis’ recipe and Ina Garten’s- but because Ina’s recipe included breading the chicken, I chose hers {here}. As always, I alter recipes to fit the expectations of our distinct Middle Eastern taste in flavors, so I added lots of garlic and extra lemon to the sauce. The result was absolutely delicious, and so simple. Everything was done in 15-20 minutes! Bon appetit!
When we took our family trip to Dallas,
we were eating out.. a lot.
So I decided to take advantage and cook
up something a little different for the family!
I came across a recipe {here} that was very colorful & healthy
and also had very good substance to it for lunch!
They were so tasty and delicious.. I can’t wait to make them again!
